Conference Call (KonfransCELL)

With KonfransCELL organising an evening out, arranging a meeting or even holding a meeting by phone when you cannot get together with your colleagues is now simpler than ever. Using KonfransCELL you can hold a conference call with up to six persons at the same time.

Instead of calling up them one at a time to try and agree a time and place, you can speak with up to six persons all at once on your phone. Before making conference call Call Holding and Call Waiting services (free of charge)should be activated  

To Start a Conference Call

1. Call someone in the usual way. The display will show a name (if stored in the memory) or Call 1.
2. Press Options, scroll to New call and press Select.
3. Make another call in the usual way whilst the first call is on hold.
4. To join the held call and active call together press Options, scroll to Conference and press Select.
5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to add more people to your conference.
6. Press NO to end your Conference call.

Tariffs

You are charged for each call you make to set up a conference at the call rates of your tariff package. If you invite someone from abroad to join in, international calling charges will apply. You will not be charged if someone calls you and invites you to join a conference call.
