Access to Mobile Network via Landline (FiksCELL)

FiksCELL service, introduced for the first time in Azerbaijan by Azercell, allows you to transfer mobile communications to a fixed line.

Is your business subject to frequent office location changes? Then you may have experienced the time-consuming problem of adding new telephone lines and getting new telephone numbers. The Fixed GSM unit can be installed to the PBX in your office and used anywhere with the same SIM card inside, even if the landline is out of order.

In addition to this convenience, a Fixed GSM unit can reduce your telecommunications expenses by up to 63%, allowing you to call from your fixed number to Azercell subscribers according to on-network call tariffs. Karel is one of the terminal types of Fixed GSM.

There are two ways to dial from a Fixed GSM device:

1. If the device is not connected to mini ATS network but to an ordinary telephone set, simply dial the number directly, just as you would by mobile phone.
   • Calls to Azercell subscribers: xxx xx xx
   • Calls to other operator subscribers:  operator code xxx xx xx
   • Calls to landline:  city code and number
2. If the Fixed GSM device is connected to a mini ATS network, then the process will depend on the programming codes for that particular network. In some cases, a “6” needs to be dialed before the number.
   • Calls to Azercell subscribers:  xxx xx xx
   • Calls to other operator subscribers:   operator code xxx xx xx

There is no monthly fee for Fixed GSM users and the services İzahCELL and GizliCELL are free of charge.

FiksCELL allows you to use any Azercell service except for KonfransCELL, WapCELL and SMS-based services.

Tariffs

If you are subscribed to Discount tariff packages via ŞirkətimCELL, FiksCELL usage will be charged at the tariffs of ŞirkətimCELL packages respectively. Otherwise, FiksCELL usage will be charged at the tariffs of “Standart” package. Calls from FiksCELL to Korporativ Premium, Korporativ Medium, Korporativ Basik tariff package subscribers are at discounted rates. Call rate for 1 minute is 0,07 AZN (VAT excluded) at peak hours and 0,05 AZN (VAT excluded) at non-peak hours.
