Subscription Terms for Legal Bodies

The following legal bodies could be Azercell subscribers:

• Legal bodies having the corresponding registration and operating in the territory of Azerbaijan Republic.
• Official representation of the foreign countries.
• Agencies and legal bodies branches of foreign countries.

Below are documents required for subscription of legal bodies. For the list of documents required for subscription of individuals visit “Subscription terms for individuals”.

Documents required for subscription

Legal Bodies

1. Copy of certificate confirming the registration of the legal body by Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic.
2. Notification regarding Tax Payer Identification Number given by Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan Republic (TPIN is not required for SimSim subscription).
3. Warrant of attorney given by the management of the legal body to the authorized representative and the ID card of the latter.
4. Official certificate or official letter (if any) regarding bank details of new subscriber (not required for SimSim subscription).
5. Stamp of legal body.

Banks

1. License given by National Bank of Azerbaijan Republic to the bank for functioning.
2. The abovementioned documents concerning the legal bodies (except item 1.).

Embassies, Representations, Consulates of Foreign Countries

• Warrant of attorney given by embassy, representation or consulate to the authorized representative.
• Letter regarding VAT remission if any (given by Ministry of Taxes).

International Organizations

1. Order of Cabinet Council or Ministry of Foreign Affairs providing the International Agreements connected with the activities of International Organization in AR ratified by Milli Majlis (National Assembly) and signed between the states or governments.
2. Notification regarding Tax Payer Identification Number given by Ministry of Taxes of AR (TPIN is not required for SimSim subscription). Letter regarding VAT remission if any (must be submitted by Ministry of Taxes). (Not required for SimSim subscription).
3. Warrant of attorney given by the international organizations to the authorized representatives and the ID card of the latter.
4. Official certificate on the bank details of international organization (not required for SimSim subscription).
5. Stamp of International Organization.

State Structures

1. Document (Decree, Order etc.) concerning the foundation of State Structure and Regulations/Statutes adjusting their activities.
2. Documents specified in the part concerning the legal persons (except copy of certificate confirming the registration of the legal person by Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic).

Additional information:

Official letters may be signed only by one of the following persons:

• Manager of legal body (director, executive officer, manager, executive director, president, chairman of managerial staff).
• In case of signing by the founder of legal body, Regulations of legal body confirming that the given founder is the only one must be submitted. If legal body has more than one founder, warranty (notarially approved) on the grant of authorities by the other founders to the given body must be submitted.
• Chairman of liquidation committee (with the official document confirming the authorities of this person).
• Deputies and substitute representatives of legal body (document confirming the authorities of this body if any — copy of Regulations/Statutes or the corresponding Order must be added).
• In the event that any letter is signed by the other representatives of the legal body, copy of the order (or warranty) approved by the stamp of the corresponding legal body or notarial agency confirming the signature authorities of the person signing the documents must be submitted.
