Notes:
- Any public-sector employee depending on use can connect maximum 4 numbers to Dövlətcell tariff package Free of charge. These numbers should be registered on employee’s name.
- If eligible subscriber has not Azercell postpaid number, s/he can get numbers Free of charge.
- Only certificate of employment is required to get subscribed to Dövlətcell tariff package.
- The rates of the corresponding tariff are applied for roaming services, special services provided through short numbers and other services that are not indicated on the table above.
- BizKlub members who joined to Dövlətcell package will talk at the discounted rates and also will benefit from the offers of BizKlub.
- Within Dövlətcell package the service 650 is Free of charge (daily quota – once per day).
- Subscribers joined to the Dövlətcell tariff package from 11.08.2010 will not participate in the campaign “100-də100 qazanc”.
- *Starting from 26.04.2011, in case the telephony usage fee is less than 0,10 AZN, the Dövlətcell tariff package subscriber will be charged additional 0,12 AZN (inclusive VAT).
