Azercell PostpaidAzercell postpaid is the tariff package based on postpaid billing system. Azercell postpaid subscribers pay monthly subscription fee and get free talk time and SMS instead. The amount of free SMS and minutes depends on the tariff package you are subscribed to.
To switch to Ekonom, Standart, Biznes and Optimist tariff packages send Ekonom, Standart, Biznes and Optimist to 650 via SMS accordingly. The switch will be done from the next billing process after the SMS-request sent.

Rules applied in Ekonom, Standart, Biznes tariff packages
- On-network calls made between 00:00 — 08:00 are with 50% discounts.
- On-network calls started before 08:00 and continued after 08:00 will be with 50 % discount.
- On-network calls started before 24:00 and continued after 24:00 will be charged without discount.
- Expiry date of free talk time and SMS is 1 month. Non-used SMS and talk time will not be available the next month.
- Monthly free talk time and SMS could be used only within Azercell network.
Rules applied in Optimist tariff package
For Optimist tariff package subscribers the first and the last minutes of the time intervals are charged at the interval tariffs above. (For e.g., 61st and 120th minutes are charged at 0,12 AZN of the “61—120 minutes” interval). On which time interval tariffs Optimist tariff package subscriber will be charged is determined on the basis of total duration of on-network calls made during billcycle. “Standart” package tariffs are applied for calls to other destinations and additional services.
In case the telephony usage fee is less than 2 AZN, the Optimist tariff package subscriber will be charged additional 2 AZN (excluding VAT). For Optimist tariff package subscriber no different tariffing for peak and non-peak hours.

International calls are charged at the same prices for all Azercell postpaid tariff packages — Ekonom, Standart, Biznes and Optimist.
